• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Harass, defame, or harm third parties
• Generate hate speech, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with the platform's proper functioning

5. Intellectual Property

• The INTENTUM™ platform, brand, and technology are the exclusive property of the company
• Content you create using the platform remains your property
• You grant us a license to process your content only to provide the service
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology

6. AI-Generated Content

Regarding content generated by our AI tools:

• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content
• You must ensure AI-generated content complies with applicable laws
• AI outputs may not be unique and similar content may be generated for others

7. Payment Terms

• Paid services are billed according to the selected plan
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer protection laws
• Non-payment may result in service suspension

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party actions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INTENTUM™ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.
